Pronunciation - Pronounce stress in words of more than 3 syllables 1. Listen and repeat. -Ask Ss to read and guess the stress of the words given -Play the tape and ask Ss to check -Ask ss to listen again and repeat -Check by asking 2 Ss to read all aloud. 2. Practice reading the sentences. -Ask Ss to read all given sentences -Play the tape for Ss to listen and mark the stress in the words of more than 3 syllables. - Check by asking some Ss to read aloud and correct |

Grammar 1. Presentation: Matching A and B - Give Ss the poster as follow: A 1, If I get good marks, 2, If she had a car, 3, If they had passed the exam, B a, they would have gone for holiday. b, she would take you round c, I will be happy. - Ask ss to match A and B in groups - Check and ask Ss to distinguish which sentences is 1st, 2nd or 3rd type of conditional sentences *Answer: 1 c-1st type 2 b-2nd type 3 a-3rd type - Suggest Ss to reviewthe use, form of those 3 types of conditional sentences. - Feedback and check by giving poster

2. Skill: develop Ss’ writing skill .
