Warm up (5’) Read the chant - Introduces the topic “you are going to read the sentences to get the information in order to match the pictures to the text”. 4. Read and match (10’) - Ss read the sentences individually and check their prediction. Ss do the task (match the sentence with a appropriate picture.) - Monitor the activity and offer help when necessary - Have Ss trade the answers in pairs for correction - Call on some Ss to report their answers. Read and complete (10’) - Explains the situation and how to do the exercise - Ask students to read the 5 sentences in the book and fill the suitable words. - Do exercise then practice in front of the whole class.
