Both genders can do any kind of works , thats true because everyone can do anything they want, thats the first reason. Secondally, men can be worked more hardwork than the women but instead of it, the women always have a lot of works to do although it is lightly work. You can see that they can do anywork together and they can finish it very fash cause of there friendship is big or they have the same oppinion.
