I agree with the idea that "The city where has a lot of jobs is the place of competition" because of several reasons

Planning

1, Jobs in the city requires good qualification ( Certificate in IT, languages,.....)

2, The more people appy for the job, the harder you can get it (Some cheat)

3, Jobs varied but not all jobs are good and enough for the large number of workers. ( Eg: need only 100 employees whereas the number of applicants is over 500)
