I have many advantages. First of all, obviously, television is one of the most common digital forms of entertainment, information and knowledge. It offers a huge number of channels with different topics. We can watch all kind from the documentary, romantic comedy, sci-fi to animation and so on. Moreover, watching TV is also an ideal way to learn thoroughly about the field that your concern such as politics, sports, music, health, nature, etc. We could easily know to update the latest news in the world by turning the TV on which just a few seconds. Thanks to advanced technology in general and television in specific, everybody nowadays is able to master foreign languages, especially English very quickly. For a clear example, VTV7- the educational channel of Vietnam, which is my favourite one, has a lot of interesting English programs like: “ crack em up”, “follow us”, “IELTS face-off”, etc. These programs been helping an enormous of  Vietnamese students to improve their English.
the other hand, watching TV too much will bring about some negative influences on both physical and mental health. According to rigorous research, children who watch TV regularly tend to be angrier than those who rarely do. Seeing too many movies that have violence or crime scenes will make them have more tendenc to be have negatively when they grow up. Furthermore, the more we watch, the more passive we are because when concentrating on , our brain is not working as it becomes lazier. It also leads to many eye-sight diseases. As a consequence, about 80% of students in Vietnam suffer from short-sightedness.
