I'm IRENEBONG, these days, I feel so sleepy. I write this letter to you because I need some advice. I have tried a lot of ways but it seems not good. Do you have anyways? What should I eat and what shouldn't I eat to be fit and not be sleepy? I'll wait for your feedback! See You!

i really happy to sit here and talk with you about the food which make me don't feel sleepy.

first , i think when we tired , all of us always feel sleepy.it's nomal.so i think we should eat healthy food such as vegetables, rice,....it provides vitamins, nutrients,and energy for you to work, study,...beside eat healthy food, you should drink much water to maintain your needness of your body. i have some tips for you when i need to conscious straightway.it's used caffeine drink : coffee, redbull,....

besides , you shouldn't eat more fat food, too much candies, cakes, milktea,....it's not good for your health and it's also make you tired quickly.
