Nguyên liệu:

- 300gr hạt đỗ đen tươi

- 6 muỗng canh đường trắng

- 1/2 chén con bột báng

- 150ml nước cốt dừa

- 1 ít dừa nạo

- 1 ít đá lạnh

Cách làm: 

- Sơ chế hạt đỗ đen bằng cách ngâm khoảng 8 tiếng

- Chế biến bột báng bằng cách đun sôi nước rồi thả bột báng vào cho đến khi dẻo mềm

- Thả bột báng vào nồi chè rồi nêm đường cho hợp khẩu vị

- Tiếp tục nấu chè thêm khoảng 20 phút rồi rắc lên trên một ít dừa nạo, nước cốt dừa và đá lạnh

- Chờ chè nguội bớt rồi thưởng thức

Yêu cầu thành phẩm:

- Nước chè có đủ vị ngọt của nước cốt dừa, vị mát và thanh của đá và đỗ đen
