There are many ways to keep fit. Firstly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you should drink enough water. You should not eat fatty food, meat, junk food and fast food. Especially, you had better not smoke, drink beer, wine and whiskey, because that will make you are the pressure, live with diseases. Secondly, we should do more exercises. For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running,.or you can play sports: going swimming, playing soccer and playing volleyball because they make you stronger, taller and healthier. Last but not least, you should sleep enough. You should sleep about eight hours a day and go to bed early because it is good for skin, helps you to be more optimistic, and always keep the smile on your slips. Instead of going online or surfing the net, you should read the book before going to bed. Because it will help you to have dreams more beautiful.
