Music is an art form that mankind has been interested in continuously, and will continue to be involved with. Listening to music can be described as an art form in itself, as it helps stimulate all five of our senses. Because of its ability to bring people together, as well as its ability to bring about emotional responses, music has tremendous potential for healing and growth. The combination of sight, smell, taste and touch cannot surpass the power that music gives us when used to reduce stress. Therefore, listening to music is an effective tool for reducing stress. From cheering people up when they are down, to helping people sleep better at night and aiding concentration during the day. Furthermore, in order to reduce stress while driving or preparing food at home, listening to radio stations that have soothing rhythms also aid in interior decorating. On the other hand, music can also have a negative effect on people. For this reason, I believe people should use it for a good cause only, not for bad ones.

It is common knowledge that music plays a crucial role in our daily life. Everyone listens to music every day and listen to it everywhere. People listen to music for different reasons and at different times. In fact, in different conditions, people can get a lot of different benefits from music such as getting relaxation, escaping from stress and pressure or having a good time.
Firstly, music is one of the best ways to help people relax after a hard working day. For example, when I feel very tired ,I can relax by listening to classical music. Moreover, it is a fact that when people listen music, they feel more relaxed and happier, which helps them see the value of life.
Secondly, it is music that helps people cheer up. Personally when I feel bothered, I often turn on the radio or something like that to listen to some of my favorite songs. It helps me feel better about everything around me and forget all of the troubles around me and enjoy myself.
What is more, people listen to music to have a good time. For instance, when you go to the concert or opera , you can have funny time. For this reason, many theatre plays are played with music or soundtracks which are listened by a lot of people.
Finally music is an integral part in different ceremonies. In fact, it is very difficult to imagine a wedding or a funeral without solemn music.
In conclusion, I think that music is the unique language, which is understood by everyone all over the planet. Music is very special to us because it expresses our connection with our culture, and enhances our individual experiences. Nothing else seems to capture our feelings quite so well. These are the reasons why people often listen to music . It is true that life is not worth living without a piece of music every day
