Furthermore, some experts claim that parents are not as influential as teachers in determining their children's progress in academic or non-academic fields. For example, many successful people say that they owe their success to their teachers who took special care while guiding them during school days. Therefore, it can be concluded that teachers are more responsible than parents for the intellectual development of children.

In my opinion, parents play a greater role in the emotional and social development of students whereas teachers play the most significant role in ensuring academic success.
