I am writing to apply for the job of a volunteer at your Heart To Heart Charity Office. I saw the brochure on my school notice board last Monday.

I have experience of doing office work. Last summer, I work at Ho Chi Minh museum as a receptionist. I am responsible for greeting guests, answer their questions and telephones. Sometimes, I guided them around the museum.

I am a reliable, honest, hard-working person.I also have good communication skill, time management skill and English Proficiency. My Ielts score is 7.0. Reference is available to send you when you need.

I am available for an interview any day after 4 p.m and during the weekend. If my application is successful, I can start working from next week in the afternoons and at weekends.

Tôi có kinh nghiệm làm việc văn phòng. Mùa hè năm ngoái, tôi làm việc tại Bảo tàng Hồ Chí Minh như một nhân viên tiếp tân. Tôi chịu trách nhiệm chào hỏi khách, trả lời câu hỏi và điện thoại của họ. Đôi khi, tôi hướng dẫn họ quanh bảo tàng.

Tôi là một người đáng tin cậy, trung thực, chăm chỉ. Tôi cũng có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, kỹ năng quản lý thời gian và tiếng Anh thông thạo. Điểm số Ielts của tôi là 7,0. Tài liệu tham khảo có sẵn để gửi cho ông/ bà khi ông/ bà cần.

Tôi hoàn toàn sẵn sàng cho một cuộc phỏng vấn vào bất cứ ngày nào sau 4 giờ chiều và cuối tuần. Nếu dơn tuyển dụng của tôi được chấp thuận tôi có thể bắt đầu công việc vào các buổi chiều tuần sau và vào cuối tuần.

I am interested in an opportunity to volunteer with the Happy Mind charity Center. I have significant experience working with children and would like to continue to do so in a volunteer capacity.

I volunteered as a teacher’s aide at the Rainbow Class and enjoyed being able to help kindergarteners learn during their first experience in a classroom. In this position, I assisted with classroom projects, provided one-on-one literacy tutoring to the children, and chaperoned field trips. I also contributed additional time, outside of my set hours, to stay after school and assist with extracurricular activities.

If the Happy Mind charity Center has a need for a dedicated volunteer, I would be thrilled to have the opportunity to assist. I believe it would be an excellent opportunity to develop my interest in early childhood education, a field I wish to study and pursue professionally in the future.
