I agree to the statement. Nowadays, in the 4.0 world today, with so many famous solutions like computers, television, phone, Ipad,... people day after day"keen on" that. As for the children, if they sit and play game to much in the computer day after day, it will hurt their eyes, and so many children have to wear glasses, although they're just four to five years old, they are too young to wear glasses. As for the adult, maybe because of their work, they have sit all day in front of phone or computer to work, and even don't have time for themself to enjoy the beautiful day, the fresh air, probly don't have time. I have been in this problem before and until now, I can realize the harm that activities bring me. And share this to you, with the hope that you can improve this habit, to make you be better day after day, and I hope you can enjoy your life with the most perfect way.
