Talk about one of your bad habits. How do you kick the habit?

I have to admit that I have a really harmful habit, I usually eat before bedtime. Though I know this is not a healthy habit, sometimes I just couldn't help it! Especially when I'm watching some movies or doing my assignment, I just want to have something so I won't be bored! My friends say that I can use one of these ways to deal with late eating. First of all, monitoring my behavior and identifying what makes me eat at bedtime will help me to sto[ emotional eating. I haven't tried but it sounds reasonable. Second, my friend Laura said that "Planning your meals and snacks can help manage your food intake and stave off hunger." This way seems to be easier, right? My mom said that "You should eat less junk food, in order to do that, you shouldn't keep junk food in your fridge!". Whatever, I think I will have to try all the ways that I could to stop eating late.
