How to kick bad habits.

Bad habits are a hot problem all around the world, I believe so. However, I think that there are some core that we need to solve if we want to deal with unhealthy habits. First, find your cause. Whatever  you are facing up to, you must do this. Find what trigger you to do so, and the to the next step. Second, you could use some notes or reminders on iphone. Sometimes we do the bad habits unconsciously, I believe that small notes on the fridge or reminders from your friends could help. In addition, you should focus on your target, list out why you wnat to change and the aim of the changing.
