Nguyen Quang Hai (born April 12, 1997) is a mature Vietnamese football player at the Hanoi T&T football club. He is currently playing for Hanoi T&T as a midfielder. He has also been a member of Vietnam National U-19 team since 2014.

Nguyen Quang Hai is from Dong Anh. He started living away from home and joined the Hanoi T&T youth training furnace at the age of 9 in 2006. Quang Hai became famous for having a huge achievement table at the local youth tournaments. He was referred to in the domestic press as the "Young King Prize".
