Leisure activities play a vital role in everyone's life. First, they help us relieve stress and fresh our mind. Life is so struggling that many people are faced with mental health problem such as depression or mental disorder. Leisure activities would ease those hurt and heal us in some ways. Second, those activities give you a good health as you have to be active, like jogging or cycling in your free time. Alongside being comfortable, it help builds your muscle as well as improve posture. Morever, doing leisure activities together with friends or family member would definitely raise the cooperation between us and make the relationship get better.
Usually, when I have free time, I usually play sport, watch TV, surf internet and read books. After learning hour, activity help me relax. And playing sport is the activity I like best in my free time. I often play sports in my back yard, because my house is far away from the stadium so I can not go there. I usually play sports with my best friends and my younger brother, but my brother is busy doing homework so sometimes only me and my friends play. I like to play sport because it is really a healthy activity. It can help me to be strong.
