Cake is a traditional dish of our nation and has during Tet. Here I would like to tell how to create delicious cake display.

Method 1: Wrapping rice paper with beautiful hands

Step 1: Put 2 leaves perpendicular to each other with the right face face down, continue to put 2 other leaves that are also perpendicular to each other, but the right face face up again.

Step 2: Put a small bowl of rice in the middle of newly arranged leaves.

Step 3: Put the previously held green beans (or add a large spoon of raw green beans), then put 1-2 pieces of marinated bacon on. Continue to add a layer of green beans and finally a bowl of glutinous rice topped with beans and meat.

Step 4: Fold the right and left dong lines first. When folding, make sure the cake is beautiful. Hide the excess edges of the leaf inwards, if too much can be used with scissors.

Step 5: Use two fingers of each hand to squeeze the dong leaf of the upper part inside, then fold while the thumb still holds the folded leaf previously. Do the same with the other end.

Step 6: After the cake has been formed, use 4 crackers to tie the cake, the excess slices will be neatly installed into the layers. You can also place 4 pieces of crackers under the dong right from the first step to prevent the cake from being skewed when tied.

So we have created delicious cake display.

Thank you for listening to my presentation

I like to eat many different kinds of food, but my favorite one of all time is Pho. Pho is already a so famous food of Vietnam, and most people will immediately think of it when we mention about Vietnamese cuisine. It is understandable that many people fall in love with Pho, because it has featuring smell and taste that we cannot find anywhere else. To have a good pot of soup, we need to have many different kinds of spices such as anise, cinnamon, etc; and the most important thing are the bones. Those bones needed to be cooked for long hours to get the sweet and tasty stock, and then we combine other ingredients. The noodle is also special since it is not like other kinds of noodle. It is made from rice flour, and it is thicker than the others. After pouring the stock into a bowl of noodle, the next step is to put on the beef slices and other toppings. I like to eat rare beef slices and meat ball, and they are also the basic toppings that Vietnamese people like to choose. We finish the bowl with some basil, coriander, bean sprout and black pepper. Besides, we can also other side dishes to eat with Pho like egg and blood in boiling stock. All of them create a harmonious flavor that can attract even the strictest eaters. Although Pho has many versions from different parts of the country, it is always the national dish that almost all Vietnamese love to eat.
