I have had trouble sleeping for the past few weeks. It seems that I have stayed awake almost all nights and I feel extremely terrible the next morning. I don’t know what to do to improve the situation. I would be grateful if you could give me some advice on this.

To avoid sleeplessness you should go to bed early (before 10 pm) and shouldn’t use anything containing caffein such as coffee or tea. You can drink a glass of hot milk and read some pages of a book to help you sleep better. Specially, don’t use mobile phone before going to bed because its radiation will harm your eyes and make you difficult to get into sleep.
