Khác nhau giữa biến và hằng là :

- Hằng: Giá trị của hằng không thể thay đổi trong quá trình thực hiện chương trình.

- Biến: giá trị của biến có thể thay đổi trong quá trình thực hiện chương trình.

- Cách khai báo biến:

  Var<tên biến>:<kiểu dữ liệu>;

  VD: Var a,b:integer;

 C:string;

- Cách khai báo hằng:

const <tên hằng>=<giá trị của hằng>;

VD: Const pi=3.14;
