So whether I explore a new neighbourhood or a new country, there are many lessons you can learn through travel that can support me in my future job. Travelling teaches me not to sweat the small stuff. Whether I face long lines at the airport or having trouble communicating in a foreign language, I encounter many small frustrations on my journey. These little obstacles are a valuable lesson in patience, and at the end of my trip, I am able to deal with almost anything. When I learn through travel, I open yourself up to a world of human interaction. Whether I meet fellow travellers on the road or swapping stories over a glass of wine with a local, I find plenty of people are open to chatting.
