Most of the school work that adolescents do is simply a waste of time, of energy, of patience. It robs youth of its right to play and play. ..(A. S. Neill ). What is your viewpoint?

          If one is not clear enough about their time waste on social media then he/she will keep wasting/Investing on social media.

          Life is important and if you I realize that it is a waste then is it not enough of a reason to stop ! Should I not be surprised at my inability to pull away from what is causing me irreversible time losses, inattention, lose focus etc etc, to mention a few.

          Once you stop then you will have energy and wisdom to channelize into better places. If at this moment anyone tell you “n” solutions then also you won’t try because there is no energy and deep focus for the same.
