IELTS Taks 2: ( write an essay 150- 300 words) Some people believe that money is one of the most important factors in a person's happiness. To what extent do you agree with this?

Happiness has always been a crucial goal for every human. To many people, money plays a major role in contributing happiness. However, some others hold the view that money has no relation with happiness. From my viewpoint, the relationship between money and happiness is correlation not causation.

To begin with, money is the base for human to pursue their true happiness. Money is certainly needed in paying for anything from food, clothes to luxury accomodation. Thus, without money, one can hardly afford his basic needs to live a comfortable life. It, therefore, a reason why many people are depressed when they can not make money.

On the other hand, money is never be the only way to achieve happiness. It is undeniable that certain amount of money is essential to lead a life. However, there are different sources that help people feel happy. It can come from your beloved ones, your achievements, or even from your pets. In reality, not every rich people find their happiness. 

In conclusion, money and happiness is related but not causal. Happiness does increase when money increases. However, owning much money does not guarantee happiness.
