Dear Mr. Phong,

I am writing to give some feedbacks on the local post office.

Firstly, let me congratulate you all on your great work effort. However, there are some weakness that I believe should be improved. It is about the opening hours of the office. Although it is announced that the open time is from 7a.m to 10 p.m, sometimes I have to wait until 7.30 a.m to get on the office. Another thing is related to the chairs, which are in bad condition. For the last thing, I would like to talk about the service as sometimes I don’t get the service until the receptionist finishes his personal call.

I really hope that these problems can be improved as soon as possible.
