How are you? I am writing to invite you to my 13th birthday party.
I'm having a party next Sunday in my garden. It'll be lots of fun and there'll be loads of people there, so I hope you can come. We are going to have a barbecue and you don't have to bring anything.
My house is on Nguyen Khanh Toan Street, next to Nghia Do Park. You can see it's my house because I have a pink door!
It should be lots of fun.
