         To stay healthy,every morning,I always wake up early to do exercise with my family.That's make I have enough energy,become stronger for a new day.Morever, I also do many sport activities like play tennis,ride bike with my friends or my sister after school to forget tiredness . Not only these outdoor activities make you happier and relaxing,they good for your body to keep fit,too.Doctors also say they will cure many diseases.There are many others ways to relieve stress and feel relaxed such as: reading books, collecting stamps,... or anything you like.They're call "hobby". Beside,we can share happy or sad stories with my parents ,friends,sister,brother,...

They will give you some advices and maybe after talking to them,you will relieve stress and relaxing.
