I agree with statement that having a hobby is good for everyone . It can provide an outlet for stress , promote staying present , offer a new challenge , encourage taking a break , promote eustress , unite you with others and more . Although it's harmful to the life of people with bad hobbies . So we need to stay healthy and have hobbies that are good for yourself .
I agree, hobbies are very good for us humans. But it is also harmful and beneficial in life. People with good hobbies are beneficial but vice versa.
