Nowadays, due to coronavirus, many school and classes have to streamline education programs. That makes students have to study a lot with just a few time left to prepare for their next school year. Therefore, many pupils feel stress. In this essay, we will discuss stress for students and how to overcome it.

Firstly, most students feel stress not only because of their studying but also because of the environment around them. Some students don't have many friends so there won't be anyone to support or encourage, be a companion through their hard studies. That leads to depression in classes. Having stress makes many adults and students feel tired, sick which will have harmful effects on their health, life, works and studies. 

To overcome stress is not a very difficult job but if we don't know the right way, depression will be worse. First of all, you should balance your time effectively, choose the right time to take a break, studies or simply just hanging out or exercise to stay fit. That will help us not to feel so 'stress' under the pressure of studying. Secondly, we should care more about your health. Having good health means that we can be more active in studying. We shouldn't stay up too late but instead should go to bed as soon as possible. Many research finds out that during the night is when the brain restore what you've learned throughout the day. Therefore, take a good sleep and you will remember your lesson longer and easier. There are many ways but I just recommend some of them here.

In conclusion, in order to get away from stress; you shouldn't force your body to study because that only make your situation worse. We should learn to balance our time table to get the best learning method as possible.
