How will you raise your childen in the future

How to raise your children has always been a difficult question to mankind since the beginning of time.

For me personally, I am an independent person myself as raised by my parents. Having found the great benefits from their parenting, I will raise my children the same way they did, however, with some timely adjustment.

My kids will be taught to do things on their own since early ages: eating, dressing, cleaning after themselves, being responsible for their choices, .... They will have to learn to respect others' rights, privacy and opinions, as well as having others treating them the same way.

I will support and guide them as long as I could, but the choices are theirs to make, and theirs to take responsibility for.

After all, my children will grow up being themselves, with my guidance to be on the right track, but have free will to do anything they would like. How about you? I would love to hear your opinion on raising children.
