When I got to know Lan, she surprised me so many times because of her extraordinary motivation. Her parents died when she was just a kid and she had to live with her grandparents in a very old house in a small village far from the centre town. Therefore, her chance to go to school was so small. She had to do all kinds of job possible to earn her living, until one day, one sponsor knew her story and gave her the opportunity to study. Her life has changed since that moment. She was selected to be in my class and only after one semester, she got the highest score and got the scholarship. I admire her so much, she's a typical example of great talent and personality.
