Có vẻ như bạn dùng app gì quá nặng ???

Nhưng ms lớp 7 cùng lắm tải game về chơi thôi thì

Khả năng cao do Ram bạn có lẽ là hàng lậu,lên chất lượng không cao

Thứ hai là do Ram lâu rồi hoặc là đời thấp như DDR 2(Cái này khả năng thấp)

Hoặc máy bn dính Virrus dẫn đến ngốn tài nguyên máy

Mik khuyên bạn không lên set Ram ảo bởi vì nó sẽ làm giảm tuổi thọ của ổ cứng

Còn nếu bạn set thì mik khuyên lên set trên SSD bởi vì nó nhanh hơn ổ HDD

Nếu bn đã set trên ổ D mà ổ D vs ổ C là hai ổ cứng khác nhau lên sẽ không ảnh hưởng đến ổ C

- Bạn cứ kiếm mấy file, ứng dụng mà không sử dụng đem tắt hết đi,... bạn lên mạng search cách gải phóng ram rồi thực hiện theo là được.

- Mà nếu bạn muốn nhanh thì cứ tải phần mềm Wise Memory Optimizer về rồi chọn nút Tối ưu hóa ngay, bạn kiểm tra xem thử mức ram hiện tại và sau khi tối ưu có khác không nhé. Máy mình chạy ứng dụng này và thấy rất tốt không tốn nhiều tài nguyên.

* Mà mình khuyên bạn không nên set ram ảo nha vì nếu bạn set ram ảo thì ổ cứng bạn lại càng nhanh "ra đi" đó. Mức ram hiện của máy bạn đang là 32GB ram, đủ chán cần gì phải set ram ảo chi cho mất công.
