Quy định của pháp luật về quyền tự do tín ngưỡng, tôn giáo:

- Mọi người có quyền tự do tín ngưỡng, tôn giáo, theo hoặc không theo một tôn giáo nào. Không được ai cưỡng bức hoặc cản trở.

- Nhà nước tôn trọng và bảo hộ quyền tự do tín ngưỡng, tôn giáo.

- Không ai được xâm phạm tự do tín ngưỡng, tôn giáo hoặc lợi dụng tín ngưỡng, tôn giáo để vi phạm pháp luật.

Quyền tự do tín ngưỡng, tôn giáo: Công dân có quyền theo hoặc không theo một tín ngưỡng, tôn giáo nào; Người đã theo một tín ngưỡng hay tôn giáo nào có thể thôi không theo nữa, họăc bỏ để theo tín ngưỡng, tôn giáo khác mà không ai được cưỡng bức hay cản trở. Mọi người phải tôn trọng quyền tự do tín ngưỡng, tôn giáo của người khác như tôn trọng nơi thờ tự của các tín ngưỡng, tôn giáo; không được gây mất đoàn kết, chia rẽ giữa các tôn giáo và giữa những người không có tôn giáo với người có tôn giáo. Các tôn giáo đều bình đẳng trước pháp luật Nơi thờ tự của các tín ngưỡng tôn giáo phải được bảo hộ Tuyên truyền giáo dục chống mê tín dị đoan Chống việc lợi dụng tín ngưỡng tôn giáo thực hiện mưu đồ chính trị xấu Chăm lo giúp đồng bào theo đạo xóa đói giảm nghèo, nâng cao dân trí, chăm sóc sức khỏe.
