+ Nghỉ giải lao

+ Đơn giản hóa công việc đang làm

+ Chỉ làm việc vào thời gian làm việc, không làm việc ngoài thời gian này

+ Ngủ ngon giấc

+ Thư giãn đôi mắt của chính mình

+ Uống 1 chút cà phê

+ Rèn luyện sự tập chung cho bộ não,...

Viết sai chính tả nhé: 

tập chung->tập trung

Theo mình:

+Cố gắng gạt hết các suy nghĩ khác trong đầu không liên quan sang 1 bên

+Nghe 1 số nhạc không lời(baroque) để giúp ta có sự tập trung hơn
+Không cần phải phức hóa vẫn đề, suy nghĩ nó 1 cách đơn giản 

+Cần tập thể dục, ăn uống, ngủ nghỉ,... hợp lí,...
