Để làm cho máy tính mượt bạn có thể sử dụng các phương pháp sau : 

-  Vào My Computer → Chọn Các phần như Downloads ; Pictures ; Documents ; Music ; Videos → Chọn những tệp , hình ảnh , video , bài hát , bộ phim , thư mục , ... mà bạn không cần , không còn dùng đến→ Chọn những tệp, hình ảnh , ... đó → Nháy chuột phải rồi chọn Delete để xóa chúng → Sau đó bạn vào phần thùng rác, chọn những thư tệp , .. vừa xóa đi đó rồi nhấn Delete một lần nữa để loại bỏ hoàn toàn khỏi máy bạn 

-  Xóa hết các ứng dùng bạn không dùng đến 

- Nên xóa giả lập, game nếu có vì chúng cần dung lượng rất lớn 

- Dùng những ứng dụng dọn rác trên PC như CCleaner , CleanUp 

- Nếu những biện pháp trên đều không hiệu quả thì bạn nên thay máy mới để sử dụng

⇒uninstall

Rồi xoá các ứng dụng bạn không dùng

Tải một phần mềm diệt virus bất kì ví dụ như avira,bytefence,...

(tốt nhất là avira)

Rồi chạy 1 lượt để kiểm tra xem có virus hay tệp rác nào không rồi xoá nó đi là được

Nếu không được thì bạn vào từng mục dữ liệu trên máy,kiểm tra từng thư mục xem có cái nào không dùng thì xoá đi

Còn nếu vẫn không được thì tải mấy con virus xịn xò về để nó là hỏng máy rồi bảo bố mẹ mua máy mới cho lành(không khuyến nghị)
