Ưu điểm của việc biểu hiện dữ liệu trên trang tính bằng biểu đồ:

- Dễ hiểu, dễ so sánh, dễ dự đoán xu thế tăng giảm của dữ liệu.

- Khi dữ liệu thay đổi biểu đồ sẽ được tự động cập nhật.

- Có nhiều dạng biểu đồ phong phú.

- Dễ dàng so sánh dữ liệu một cách khoa học.

Các bước thực hiện ngắt trang:

B1: Mở bảng tính bạn muốn sửa đổi.

B2: Nhấp vào biểu tượng Page Break Preview bên dưới tab View hoặc nhấp vào hình Page Break Preview Button trên thanh trạng thái.

B3: Đi tới tab Page Layout trong nhóm Page Setup và nhấp vào Breaks.

- Bước 3: Kéo thả đường kẻ xanh đến vị trí ngắt trang em muốn
