1. Khởi động power point
PowerPoint được tích hợp sẵn trong bộ cài Office của Microsoft, nếu các bạn đã cài đầy đủ bộ Office thì các bạn đã chương trình PowerPoint. Để khởi động PowerPoint.
-Có 2 cách để các bạn khởi động power point
+Cách 1: Chọn menu Start -> All Programs -> Microsoft Office -> Microsoft PowerPoint.
+Cách 2: Nhập từ khóa “Microsoft PowerPoint” vào ô tìm kiếm của menu Start và chọn Microsoft PowerPoint (tùy theo phiên bản của PowerPoint mà các bạn chọn Office của phiên bản đó).

2. Chọn mẫu có sẵn trong power point

Khi mở ra giao diện mặc định là trang trắng. Thay vì để giao diện nền trắng các bạn có thể chọn các mẫu có sẵn của Microsoft với các chủ đề đa dạng và phong phú, giúp bài trình chiếu của bạn đẹp và thu hút hơn. Sử dụng mẫu có sẵn thì khi các bạn thêm slide mới thì nền của slide đó vẫn là mẫu mà bạn đã chọn.

Để chọn mẫu có sẵn các bạn chọn thẻ Design > Themes.

3. Thêm nội dung trong power point (Textbox, hình ảnh, video)

Khi bạn chọn slide sẽ có sẵn phần nhập nội dung. Bạn chỉ cần click vào nó và tiến hành viết nội dung bạn muốn.

Để nhập thêm nội dung trong slide các bạn cần thêm bảng textbox bằng cách chọn Insert > Textbox

*Định dạng văn bản: Văn bản sau khi chèn vào cần thay đổi một số định dạng như: Kiểu chữ, font chữ, màu chữ, cỡ chữ…Bạn nên chọn cỡ chữ 28 trở lên.

4. Những lưu ý khi sử dụng Power point

Bạn muốn có một bài thuyết trình bằng power point hoàn chỉnh, bạn cần lưu ý những điều sau:

Đưa ra những từ khóa chính (Những key chính): Trong bài thuyết trình bạn không nên để quá dài, bởi vậy hãy ghi ra những ý chính và tổng hợp ngắn gọn. Người xem cũng dễ nhớ nội dung bài thuyết trình của bạn hơn.
Sử dụng hình ảnh phù hợp: Hình ảnh giúp bạn truyền đạt nội dung đến người xem, bởi vậy bạn nên chọn hình ảnh có tính liên tưởng.
Tránh sử dụng quá nhiều văn bản: Bạn nên nhớ đây là bài thuyết trình chứ không phải đọc. Người ta nghe bạn nói chứ không phải xem bạn đọc. Do vậy, bạn không nên show tất cả những gì bạn nói lên màn hình.
Font chữ không chân: Những font chữ có chân chỉ phù hợp với sách, báo…
