a) Việc làm của bố Minh sai còn của Minh thì đúng. Vì những đồ cổ ấy là tài sản của nhà nước, không phải của riêng người nào.

b) Nếu được chứng kiến sự việc trên, em sẽ giải thích cho bố Minh hiểu và khuyên bác ấy giao nộp đồ cổ cho chính quyền, nếu không em sẽ tố cáo việc làm của bố Minh với cơ quan có thẩm quyền giải quyết.

a)Minh làm như vậy là đúng vì đây là di tích lịch sử nó không nằm trong quyền sở hữu của bố Minh nên như vậy bố minh đã đào bới trái phép và có thể bị sử phạt.

b)Nếu là Minh em sẽ cố thuyết phục bố và nói cho bố hiểu đây là những quy định của pháp luật về bảo vệ di sản văn hóa
