Các bạn đọc hết trc khi trả lời nhé Em Lan đã đến tuổi đi học, nhưng chưa có giấy khai sinh nên Lan đã lên ủy ban nhân dân xã để xin cấp giấy khai sinh. Nhưng do bố mẹ em lấy nhau mà chưa đăng kí kết hôn nên có người bảo: “Không được, phải có giấy đăng kí kết hôn của bố mẹ Lan rồi mới xin được giấy khai sinh”. Câu hỏi: 1.
