- Bộ máy nhà nước cấp cơ sở gồm những loại cơ quan:

+ Hội đồng nhân dân xã (phường, thị trấn)

+ Ủy ban nhân dân xã (phường, thị trấn)

- Trách nhiệm của công dân với bộ máy nhà nước cấp cơ sở:

+ Tôn trọng và bảo vệ các cơ quan nhà nước.
+ Làm tròn trách nhiệm và nghĩa vụ của mình đối với nhà nước.
+ Chấp hành nghiêm chỉnh những quy định của pháp luật cũng như những quy định của chính quyền địa phương.
