Khi cửa hàng gần nhà bán đồ hết hạng thì nên:

 - Nói với chủ cửa hàng

 - Không mua món đồ đó

 - Nếu nhà đnag thiếu món đồ đó thì nên ra cửa hàng khác mua

 - Theo điều 5 của Luật bảo vệ người dùng: Theo chương 5 của luật này, người bán không có quyền bán cho bạn một sản phẩm đã hết hạn sử dụng.

 - Nếu như đã lỡ mua rồi mới biết thì có thể trả lại hàng.
