Agree:

- some students are naughty, do not follow to teacher's instructions, do not complete their homework 

Disagree:

- make students be depressed when they go to school =>Explain: school is a place that children go to learn new things and enjoy

- Some teachers use punishments that are violent and not suitable for punishing students( Ex: to beat ruthlessly, even fatal penalty).

Teachers have the right to punish students but must be fined in moderation and not beaten. Because this will violate the ethics of the Teachers:
1. Not tricking, oppressing and having bias, discrimination, prejudice to learners; not abetting, covering up negative behaviors in teaching, learning and training of students and colleagues.

2. Do not infringe on the body, offend the honor or dignity of students, colleagues or others. Do not affect the work, activities of colleagues and others.
 Absolutely you should not have behaviors such as gossiping, swearing, ... the teacher to avoid causing trouble for yourself when being beaten by the teacher.
