The doctors sent me messages about our changes in puberty. Every teenagers are afraid of changing their appearances in puberty, and the doctors gave me some advices about it. They said we didn't have to afraid and just kept our health good. The appearance can be changed, but I can protect our skin by protective products. I think it is true because we just keep our health good, and we will not be worried of puberty,
