Last week, the doctors sent me many messages about our health, and they gave me a lot good advices. They told me to do more exercise, and keep fit because some teenagers as the same age as mine are obese. Therefore, I need to have a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. I am very thankful for their advice, and I will change my lifestyle immediately.
